Hi All,
I have an old HP Printer P1006 that I still keep for compactness.
I realized that it uses a DRMd cartridge with an integrated circuit (BLOB /
COB) PCB.
The PCB insert looks exactly like the one below. One side is copper and
other side has a COB.
It seems that it is a one wire E². Is it safe to assume that it is One
Wire? I see that other printers use 4 wires (I² C) that is much easier?
I would like to read it using One Wire protocol unless someone has already
experimented on it. I would have to dig my bus pirate.
Thanks,
