[EE] Looking for Laser Detector Component

This particular laser detector module is sold many places online but I
can't find the 3 terminal laser sensor itself. Does anyone know what the
part would be and where I can find it's specs. On this board it takes 5
volts and ground and outputs a signal when a laser signal is received. I
am thinking it is just a phototransistor of some kind but I would like
to know which one. It claims to be optimized for 650 nM. Here is a link
to it.

Thanks,

Jim

One of the photos there partially shows some text on the overlay underneath the
photo transistor. If you have one, the answer might be written in front of you. Or, in
a movie you could ask the computer to rotate and enhance the image...

It seems these PCB's are actually marked DS18B20, which a 1-wire temperature
sensor, which it clearly isn't in this case, so not much help there sorry.

But the same seller does list the detectors alone...

May be it's from optec technology, similar to OPL-530.
Not exactly the same appearance but may a point to start.
