[OT] Thunderbird behaviour when replying

Hi all,
just noted that the default behaviour of Thunderbird (last version, 52.4.0,
maybe also some older) when I press "Reply" on a PicList's email is to respond
to the author not to the List.
In the past this was different but Mozilla foundation seems like to broke things...
In the configuration editor I found a boolean variable that can be changed to
return to previous (better) behaviour: mail.override_list_reply_to.
The right value is "false".

Hi Nicole, I have the same version of Thunderbird . Beside "Reply" I
have a  "Reply List" option. Not sure how Thunderbird even knows it's a
list but it works for me.

Hi Jim,
you are right: when in the message header there are the list specific item
Thunderbird add a "Reply List" button in the bar just over the message. But I
use the buttons in the main bar, they are bigger :-))

If you check out the source of the email with headers you'll see the
following:

List-Id: "Microcontroller discussion list - Public." <piclist.mit.edu>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist>,
<mailto:piclist-***@mit.edu?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Post: <mailto:***@mit.edu>
List-Help: <mailto:piclist-***@mit.edu?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist>, <mailto:
piclist-***@mit.edu?subject=subscribe>

There's all kinds of information in the headers.
